M. Chakradhar
Managing Director
Chakradhar is a Graduate Engineer and worked briefly for Hoechst India Limited and WFI (Lead Manager), Santiago, USA before joining the Company. He took over the mantle of Managing Director in 2005 and has been instrumental in expanding the portfolio of products, modernization of our manufacturing facilities. He has actively strengthened the Quality Control and R&D departments in the company with infusion of passionate people and resources. An expert and evangelist he also brings automation strengths to the table
M. Lakshmi Kranthi
Director
Lakshmi is an electrical and electronics engineer turned pharma professional. She oversees the QA and QC functions and heads the corporate liaison department at Vani. In her tenure of 10 years with us she has been instrumental in instituting key QC processes. She also oversees Contract Manufacturing Projects.
G. Kalyan
Executive Director
Kalyan is an engineer with a masters from Gannon University, USA. He has worked with leading tech companies like Honeywell Corporation and Accenture in leadership roles in the US and India before joining the board in 2017. He is a generalist and oversees procurement, operations and new product development of the company. Kalyan has played a crucial role in product identification and production of some of Vani’s key products.
Satish Atyam
Chief Financial Officer
Satish is an MBA in International Finance/Risk Management from London Metropolitan University. He comes with a 20+ Years in varied industries like Agri, Mining, Infrastructure and Pharmaceuticals. As the head of finance at Vani, Satish helped streamline business processes, risk assessment and mitigation of projects from a financial perspective.
Dr. A N Singh
R&D Head
Dr Singh comes with over 40 years of research expertise. He holds a PhD the Central Drug Research Institute LSIR Govt. of India. A BDMA Research award recipient, he is proficient with allied areas like Intellectual Property right and patents. He is a widely published scholar and heads the R&D efforts at Vani working with customers to deliver solutions through innovative technologies and product development.
M K Nagi Reddy
GM - Production
Mr. Reddy is one of the first employees of Vani. He has been with the Company for 37 years and heads the production function. He holds a Master’s degree in Science from Osmania University. Mr Reddy has experience in Production, quality control, quality assurance and regulatory affairs. He has been involved in formulating and executing the core strategy of our Company.
N B Srinivas
Techno Commercial Leader
Srinivas is a 30-year veteran of the pharma sector and is a techno commercial leader at Vani. He is a gold medallist Master’s of Science graduate from Andhra University. Srinivas is solely responsible for tech transfer from lab to kilo lab and from kilo lab to mainstream production.
G Naga Babu
AGM – Production
Babu has been with Vani since 2006. He is a Master’s of science graduate from Nagarjuna University. He comes with over 21 years of experience in production & manufacturing. He is one of the key people at Vani managing production and general affairs.
Balaji Pavuluri
Marketing Head
Balaji brings over a decade’s experience as a marketing generalist to the table. A serial entrepreneur with successful exits in the hospitality industry, he worked with a couple of high energy tech start-ups in their market growth departments before joining Vani. He currently is co-leading the product portfolio expansion initiative at Vani.
